About Our Farm
Agriculture is the art of knowing how to wait.
The domain is, in fact, surrounded by extensive areas of natural and cultivated land, seven hectares of which are dedicated to lavender, blueberries, cherries, olives and also houses seven hectares of woodland where one may admire the wonderful flowers that abound there.
OUR PRODUCTION
Blueberries
5 varieties which are formerly designated ‘giant American blueberries’ – Duke, Megas blue, Liberty, Aurora and Cargo.
Production and harvesting of the fruit are purely done by hand, thus fully respecting the product and environment.
Cherries
We have decided to cultivate old varieties of cherries and Vignola type cherries that have been today forgotten, like the very sweet Moretta cherry together with other varieties such as Regina, Kordia, Marysa and Nimba that has come back to take the Vignola IGP appellation.
Lavender
The summer queen. Standing out with its elegant beauty, the lavender gives off a sweet and heady scent that pervades the air with interwoven hints of violet and lilac – a mystical show that inspires meditation.
Olives
Our olive field has about 300 trees consisting of different local varieties that grow in our area such as Bianello, Montebudello and Correggiolo.
Lastly, our orchard is the home for of old varieties of apples, pears, peaches, plums, mulberries, figs and almonds. Our domain houses all these things.
VIBRATIONAL ENERGY IN AGRICULTURE
We are deeply interested in the environment and ecosustainability and this has led us to adopt this type of agriculture for all our plants, although the process is little known in Italy. Agricoltura Vibrazionale Energetica.
It is a very old technology that goes back more than 100 years; applying this technology,we may grow and develop plants making use of energy and natural phenomena (solar light, solar wind, and the terrestrial magnetic field).
Plants grow not only faster but also with higher rates of nutrients, without using chemicals or pesticides.
With the help of Mauro Pizzirani, our agronomist, we contacted Andrea Donnoli who is an Italian and world authority on using vibrational energy in agriculture.
Through him we have set up an energy-based system with which we can see in all our plants, already in very little time, some amazing results.
OUR PRODUCTS
BLUEBERRY JAM:
The blueberries are gathered by hand in July when they are at their most ripe; they are then turned into jam containing 85% of fruit and organic grape juice.
It is gluten free.
BLUEBERRY JUICE:
100% pure, with no sugar added.
LAVENDER OIL:
100% pure. The lavender is gathered by hand, steam-distilled and with a scent not to be mistaken for anything else; which means that production is limited and numbered.
LAVENDER AIR PURIFIER:
The lavender that grows near the House of the Partisans is heated by the sun and spreads its wonderful presence everywhere. The perfume is even more intense from the almond blossom that relaxes and conforts one.
The scent is available in spray or air purifier form.
